• The platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the player's account has been compromised or is being used by an unauthorised third party.
• The player has made a chargeback on a deposit transaction without prior authorisation from 5557bat.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires 5557bat to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 5557bat will notify the player via the registered email address as soon as reasonably practicable. During a suspension, the player will be unable to log in, place bets, play games, deposit funds, or request withdrawals.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closures are processed within five (5) business days.
